Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our goal is to provide a clear and fair cancellation process that complies with applicable U.S. consumer protection standards and Google Merchant Center requirements. Please read the policy below carefully to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation of Unfulfilled Orders

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped or fulfilled, you may submit a cancellation request through any of our available customer service channels. Once your request is received and approved, we will process a full refund of 100% of the amount you have paid for the order.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method. No cancellation fees will be charged for orders that have not entered the shipping process.

2. Cancellation of Shipped Orders

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Once an order has left our warehouse or logistics facility, it is considered in transit and must be completed through delivery.

After the order is delivered, you may initiate a return request in accordance with our return policy. To do so, you should follow the return instructions included with your package or contact our customer service team for assistance in initiating the return process.

3. Refund Processing Time and Method

Once your cancellation request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

All approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods for security and compliance reasons.
