Order Processing and Fulfillment
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday at our warehouse, excluding weekends and official public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting customer service.
Order Processing Time
The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.
For orders placed and successfully paid before 6:00 PM (local warehouse time) on a business day, processing will begin on the same day.
For orders placed after 6:00 PM, processing will begin on the next business day.
If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the next available business day.
Shipping Time
After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on logistics conditions, carrier performance, and destination factors.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping Fees
Orders of $119.99 and above qualify for free shipping.
Orders below $119.99 will incur a shipping fee of $7.99.
All shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
You may track your order status at any time by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order details. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take some time to reflect after dispatch.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order.
After this time period, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible.
